Return Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction and confidence in Whip N Spur. We ship orders promptly; however, sometimes items are not in stock due to manufacturer delay. You will be notified of any delayed item(s). Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped. Any defective product can be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement, repair, or substitution. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us (see the link at the bottom of this page).
Items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the shipping service. Save the packaging to support the claim.
Only returns - with a return authorization - which are returned within 30 days of dated shipped will be accepted.
Returns must have a return authorization number written prominently on the outside of the returned packages or it will be rejected and returned to the sender with no credit or refund issued.
Outbound shipping and handling fees will be deducted from ALL returns. In order to keep our prices low for our customers there will be a restocking fee of $10 or 5% of the purchase price of the returned item, whichever is greater. There will be an additional 20% charge for any product returned without its original packaging and tags in unused condition.

Items that may not be returned

Any item showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Custom or personalized items will not be accepted for return.

Special Orders, Specials, Sales, and Clearance, items will not be accepted for return.

Undergarments - For riders' health and sanitation - will not be accepted for return.

Horse Clothing - to protect all of our horses - will not be accepted for return. Please check fit for blankets/pads on the horse over a clean bed sheet. When checking proper fit for horse-boots please plastic wrap the horse's leg.

Saddles - We cannot accept the return of a saddle that has any signs of wear, marks or scratches. When testing the fit of a saddle on a horse, please put a clean saddle pad or towel on the horse. Please do not put a girth or leathers on the saddle. There will be a restocking fee placed on all returned saddles.

Boots - We can only accept returns of unworn boots. Boots are double boxed when shipped to prevent damage to manufacturer packaging. Boot packaging that is returned, in less than new condition, is not sellable for retail price and 20% will be deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee.

Chemicals / Treats / Health Care - For horse health - will not be accepted for return.

Bits - For horse health - will not be accepted for return.
